STUDIO RIGO
STRUCTURE OR EXPOSURE
STRUCTURE OR EXPOSURE
A structured system for evaluating international tax cases.
This is not a tax service.
It is a structured system for evaluating international tax cases.
Cases are reviewed through a defined framework designed for cross-border complexity, multi-jurisdiction structures, and non-standard fiscal positions.
Only cases compatible with the system proceed to engagement.
👉 Request a Strategic Assessment
Tax positions are evaluated before they are structured.
In the Italian tax system, structural errors are rarely reversible. What appears simple today can generate long-term fiscal consequences.
Every case follows the same evaluation sequence:
analysis of the position, assessment of the structure, evaluation of long-term implications.
The focus is not on isolated documents, but on the integrity of the overall tax structure.
Compatible case types
The system evaluates international tax cases involving cross-border complexity, multi-jurisdiction structures, and non-standard fiscal positions.
Typical case profiles include:
International relocations to Italy
Cross-border professionals and executives
Entrepreneurs and companies operating across multiple jurisdictions
Investors with exposure to the Italian tax system
Families with assets, income, or ties in multiple countries
The system is designed for structural complexity.
Cases involving basic compliance or standard filing requirements are generally not routed into the evaluation process.
A consistent evaluation logic
The same principles that govern case evaluation also shape our public analysis of tax, risk, and strategy.
Clarity, responsibility, and long-term structural thinking are not communication themes. They are operational principles of the system itself.
System Engagement Logic
Engagement is not structured around services or tasks.
It is determined by the level of structural responsibility required by the case.
Each case is first evaluated for complexity, jurisdictional exposure, and long-term implications.
Cases that proceed into engagement typically fall into one of the following categories:
– Strategic cross-border tax analysis
– Multi-jurisdiction structural assessment
– High-complexity international positioning
Entry into the system is determined by evaluation outcome, not service selection.
Where engagement is appropriate, the level of work is defined by the structural complexity of the case. Scope and allocation are determined after evaluation.
The system does not operate on predefined service packages.
It operates on case-based responsibility.

System Confidentiality
Confidentiality is not a policy. It is a structural condition of the system.
Due to the nature of international tax evaluations and cross-border structures, case information is processed under strict confidentiality by default.
No case data, structures, or outcomes are published.
The system processes cases involving international entrepreneurs, companies, investors, and globally mobile individuals within the Italian tax framework.
Discretion is not an added principle. It is embedded in the system architecture.
