Why We Decline Certain Engagements

Studio Rigo operates within one of the most complex tax systems in the world.

Because of this, we do not accept every request.

We may decline an engagement when:

• the scope is limited to basic compliance only

• the primary objective is cost minimization

• the situation does not require strategic responsibility

• the client is seeking a “quick fix” rather than long-term certainty

This is not a matter of difficulty.

It is a matter of standard.

Our methodology, structure, and responsibility remain the same in every case.

For this reason, we only accept engagements where that level is appropriate.

We believe clarity is better than compromise — for both sides.
